- I didn’t always envision myself as an entrepreneur. Born into a middle-class family, I began my career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. However, my true calling emerged when I pursued a Diploma in Export & Import Management, which ignited my passion for the shipping and logistics industry. That turning point, combined with a Master’s in Marketing Management from Mumbai University, propelled me into a journey that I could have never imagined.
- In 2004, I started as a Documentation Clerk in a shipping line, where I gained valuable experience across various functions, including Documentation, Customer Service, and Marketing. Over time, I recognized the need for innovation and flexibility in the logistics industry. With the encouragement of my clients and the unwavering support of my family, I founded what is now SYS Shipping & Logistics Pvt Ltd in 2012, originally named “Seair Global Logistics.”
